Oh so hot and steamy

Very excited to see the last of the tile go up in our steam shower... just need some glass now. Outside we have our bubble up again to keep the area warm. Struggling to find some stone for the top of the stair railing, but I'm sure we will find something!

BANG BANG BANG

Headphones are not quite strong enough to drown out the sound of the compressor, nailer and constant dropping and pushing around of the hardwood flooring. Having said that I can't complain these fellas are doing a great job and it's going to be done in no time!

Catch up time

It's funny sometimes I get so busy with life I forget to take a breath. I've stopped for a moment and now I'm looking around at the house and I'm seeing amazing changes. Time to post some of these great pictures. A huge thanks to the Remodelers who have sent us a great tiler and the finishers who have been working on the beams.

Shower time!

Seems like everything is coming togeather at once! We have the tiler here and two people here doing the beams in the family room. Our hardwood is supposed to be delivered today. Here is the base for our ensuite shower... Hope the tub comes soon!

Family Room

They have started working on the beams in our family room which will get trimmed out in cherry. There's been a couple of coats of paint and it's really starting to look fantastic!
